Returns & right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To do so, email us with your order number; we'll send you the return address and instructions.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
• We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Hygiene

Masks and hoods are worn on the face. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, or whose hygiene seal has been removed, cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or wrong item

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected (in the EU, a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies).

Bundles and free gifts

If you return part of a bundle, the bundle saving is recalculated on the items you keep. Free gifts may be kept.
