Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on zingwinwin.com with Big Fact Markt Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("we").

Free gifts are subject to availability; if unavailable we send an item of similar value.

The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never receive your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates (7–12 business days). See our Shipping policy.

Use of the products

Our products are novelty and cold-weather accessories for adults. Several countries restrict covering the face in public places: you are responsible for using products in line with local laws. Never wear a face mask while driving. Car headrest covers must not obstruct the driver's view and must not be used on headrests with built-in airbags, screens, speakers or active head restraints.

Face Club look-alike hoods are unofficial novelty items, not affiliated with, licensed or endorsed by anyone they may resemble.
