Shipping

Every order is packed and shipped from our partner warehouse in China, with tracking.

• Delivery time: 7–12 business days after dispatch. Orders are prepared within [TO COMPLETE: 1–3] business days.
• Shipping cost: €4.90, free for orders of €35 or more (after bundle savings). Prices in other currencies are converted at checkout.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
• Where we ship: the countries offered at checkout (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and more).

Taxes and duties

European Union: VAT is collected at checkout through the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), so you have nothing more to pay on delivery. [TO COMPLETE: confirm once the IOSS number is active]

United Kingdom: UK VAT is included at checkout.

Other countries (including the USA): import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcel

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll resend or refund.
